Offline Form Test

When offline, submitted data will be stored locally. When online, locally stored data will be resent to the server.

Badge Check Red Tag Does the vehicle have an in cab barrier fitted? Are there cracks above Steering Wheel (Zone A) of 10mm or more or Zone B of 40mm or more (Use side of checklist to measure this) Are the wipers missing, or damaged (rubber loose of falling off) Are the side mirrors missing, cracked (hindering driver vision) or loose (hanging off vehicle) loose body parts Are light covers broken, exposing bulbs, missing or reflectors not intact? Are indicators broken (not flashing)? Are tyres bald (<1.6mm - check with tyre gauge), have foreign objects (nails) in tread, have cuts or bulges to sidewalls? Any Other Comments
